In 2004, it was simply called “doing good work.” Then it got a name – Agile. Now it’s getting another one. But every time, it comes down to the same question: how do you build well when everything around you keeps changing?

Our story starts in 2004. We were one of the early Polish teams to embrace Agile – not as a trend, but as a genuine conviction about how good work gets done. Long before most organizations had a name for it, we were helping product teams think differently about how they build.
The longer we built, the more we noticed a gap: the real lessons – the hard calls, the failures, the messy middle – weren’t making it into the open. So we created a space for that. Regular live conversations with practitioners, focused on how digital products actually come together, not how they look in retrospect. That community became Agile Product Builders.
It worked – until the nature of the work shifted underneath us.
By 2022, AI wasn’t a discussion topic anymore. It was infrastructure. Cursor woven into dev workflows. Claude Code used in review. MCP server integrations going live with clients. Agentic processes running in production environments. The old name described a different era.
So we updated it. We’re now Product Builders | AI-Native – powered by Boldare – a team 350+ products deep, two decades in, still working out what “building well” means when the tools don’t stand still. And we moved here – to Substack – because this is where that kind of writing belongs: in front of people who actually want to read it.
Here’s how it works: we bring practitioners together live – people from Boldare’s teams and outside guests spanning product, design, and engineering. Each conversation becomes a podcast episode, published on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts across two tracks: PRODUCT and TECH. This Substack is where those conversations breathe – longer pieces, show notes, open-source references, and anything else worth passing along between episodes.
