What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Knowledge and 2+ years of experience in the fields of administration and accounting
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (or the last year of graduate studies)
  • Proficient in Google Docs/MS Office, Slack, Github.
  • Familiarity with accounting tools and Saldeo
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Efficient accounting data management (and preparation of documents and official letters)
  • Practical experience in accounting for limited liability and joint-stock companies, including collaboration with auditors and external accounting offices
  • Experience in client settlements, verifying and issuing invoices, preparing reports
  • Experience with the soft debt collection process
  • Strong self-organization and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented, precise, punctual, and meticulous
  • Flexibility, openness, and a “can-do” attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to teamwork
  • Open-mind and creative thinking
  • Fluency in Polish and English, CEFRL B2+ level or higher, for effective communication with clients
  • Openness to work from the office in Gliwice 2 times a week

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and tax law
  • Familiarity with financial instruments
  • Negotiation skills (ideally experience in clients’ settlements and enforcement of overdue payments)
  • Experience in financial statements, analyzing balance sheets, and preparing profit and loss reports
  • Professional experience in the IT industry
  • Ability to analyze financial data, create charts and revenue metrics, prepare and present reports for management

Joining us as Administration Specialist means:

Becoming a member of the super-engaged Finance and Operations Team, which will support you anytime you need them.

Taking care of the proper circulation of accounting and financial documents.

Cooperation with an external accounting office.

Conducting settlements, payments, invoicing, and soft debt collection processes.

Creating various summaries, statements, reports and performing basic financial analysis.

Coordinating the budgeting process at the organization level using a variety of tools.

Organizing and budgeting business trips.

Tools managing (Slack, Google, Github).

Making necessary office purchases, coordinating shipments.

Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.
