What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean) and the software development life cycle
  • Familiarity with project management tools and basic metrics analysis
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with team dynamics and understand the needs of individual members
  • Eagerness to learn and actively contribute to client-focused project delivery
  • Fluent in Polish and English (B2+ level) to ensure smooth communication within the team
  • Availability to work from Gliwice or Kraków office once a week

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in project management, Business Analyst, or similar roles
  • Interest in learning and applying metrics in Agile project delivery
  • Basic understanding of business analysis processes

Joining us as Agile Project Lead Trainee means:

  • Supporting the Agile Project Lead in managing team tasks and client expectations
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining project backlogs, prioritizing tasks for smooth delivery
  • Participating in project meetings (such as scrum events, refinements, daily stand-ups, and strategic meeting)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction
  • Learning how to monitor team performance and help improve processes
