What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of experience writing and creating content (blog posts, case studies) – preferably in the IT industry
  • Portfolio of published articles in English
  • Great experience with conducting online research for articles
  • Openness to talk to various people and gather essential information for creating content
  • Curiosity about people, ability to ask the right questions
  • Editorial skills: sensitivity to the tone of voice, style, formatting, structure, and user experience
  • Passion for writing and a fluent style
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems
  • Familiarity with the basics of SEO and content marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to give and receive honest feedback
  • Learn-and-adapt approach, swiftness, and ability to work with multiple teams
  • Proactivity, self-organization, and time management skills. The ability to prioritize your tasks
  • Courage to propose new ideas and bring them to life
  • Command of English and Polish (spoken and written) at C1+ level

Joining us as Business Content Writer means:

Joining the Marketing Development Team, which is a part of the New Business area of the organization. From this position, you will understand Boldare sales & marketing strategy and have a real impact on it.

Cooperating with other marketing teams and roles, such as proofreaders, editors, writers, designers, and product strategists. Also, giving feedback to the work of others.

Writing blog posts and case studies for various marketing campaigns and sales purposes, in line with the voice of the Boldare brand.

Creating content that educates and raises awareness of building quality digital products.

Operating in a fast-paced environment. Conducting research and bringing new crazy ideas to life.

Working closely with the business and sales team, with access to cross-sectional information, and becoming a strong editorial voice for the content team.

Conducting interviews with potential and current Boldare clients, product development teams and product strategists to gather essential information for creating content.

Cooperating with an SEO agency to ensure all content supports the SEO strategy.

Sharing feedback with other team members, creating a content calendar, cooperating with external writers, and analyzing metrics (related to our website, blog, and marketing activities).

A variety of tasks and acting in various roles.
