What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of experience in client marketing
  • Experience in product development companies
  • A holistic approach and ability to create a vision to build and develop the whole client marketing field in the organization
  • Exceptional strategic skills to build effective and personalized client marketing campaigns
  • Ability to connect the dots and accurately match client marketing actions to the client
  • Analytical skills to measure results of marketing actions
  • A creative problem-solving approach – when resolving client-company issues, you will look for non-obvious possibilities
  • Proactivity and the courage to propose and implement new ideas
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ease in accepting honest feedback
  • A drive to work iteratively
  • Self-organization and time-management skills
  • Dealing with work under pressure and determination in pursuing goals
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with clients and colleagues
