we're looking for a Delivery Lead to become the ambassador of Boldare client. You will lead the product team to achieve the client's business goals, meet its expectations, and provide the best quality solutions.

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 4+ years of practical experience in project management/Scrum Master roles, including min. 1+ year in Delivery Lead role
  • Knowledge of product development, project lifecycle, and familiarity with agile project management frameworks
  • Hands on experience in Scrum
  • Service design skills and customization
  • Experience in creating the Delivery Plan and setting tailored goals for the product
  • Great experience in working with international clients, ability to build and keep effective business relations
  • Understanding that the client's needs are most important to achieve success
  • Leadership skills: ability to take ownership of the entire service and delivering client's expectations
  • Self-management, responsibility and accountability
  • Work and time management, effective prioritization
  • Ability to manage the project budget
  • Distance, resilience and resistance to stress
  • Strong decision-making (you will make dozens of decisions every day because sometimes there is simply no time for long deliberations).
  • Iterative work, flexibility, openness to change, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and client’s needs
  • Excellent communication skills, transparency
  • Fluency in Polish and English (C1 level) to easily communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Availability to work from one of Boldare offices (Warszawa, Kraków, Gliwice, Wrocław) at least once a week.

Joining us as Delivery Lead means:

Designing services for the clients and continuously adjusting it according to their current needs.

Taking responsibility for the service we deliver to the client.

Deciding how the team works. You will set us the goal, and the way we get there.

The definition of the success of your work is the client’s results - whether we have achieved their goal, their satisfaction, and the feeling of confidence that Boldare is looking out for their interests. The customer’s well-being has the highest priority.

Tailoring services to the client so that he gets the solution he expects and with the best quality. Constantly reviewing the needs of the client and the services provided, regular meetings (when something changes, we are always ready).

Taking care of the relationship with the client, creating concepts for the development of cooperation and managing risks, as well as sending reports to the client after each workshop and sprints.

Shaping the service, i.e., defining the team, assembling specialists and giving them expectations, defining the form of communication with the client, planning the structure of meetings, and ensuring the team has the right knowledge of the client.

Collaborating with the product team, holding regular strategy and focus meetings, solving problems together.

Creating the Delivery Plan in cooperation with the team, monitoring progress and changes, observing how the team achieves the set goals.

Managing service budget.

Regular business trips to clients. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings.

Working a holacratic system, which means there are no managers in our team, and we organize our work by ourselves
