What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 5+ years of experience in creating and managing digital product development strategies for international clients
  • High proficiency in building strategies for clients (for both their product development and the entire cooperation)
  • Well-established and broad digital industry knowledge (which allows you to be a business solutions' consultant)
  • Practical experience in creating and presenting the entire business path for internal clients
  • Great understanding of the client’s business, assist them in making key decisions and take proactive actions to help them succeed
  • Going beyond the usual patterns and current development services portfolio, readiness to design and test the brand new, creative services for clients
  • Knowledge and experience in building remote teams, strengthening their performance and business competences
  • Agile approach, ability to adjust product development services to clients’ needs and the company strategy
  • Swiftness in agile management techniques (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Scrum, Lean Startup) and digital product development processes
  • Openness and readiness to educate and guide clients in Agile transformation
  • Willingness to find areas for improvement and courage to propose non-obvious solutions
  • Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous improvement of your own (and your team) performance
  • Fluency in English and Polish (C1/C2 level)
