What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Great portfolio from various areas of design
  • Open mind full of creative design ideas
  • Attention to details, pixel-perfect approach
  • Knowledge of current design and digital marketing trends
  • Experience in designing for digital brands and corporate identities
  • Experience in designing digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Ability to follow up and to develop brandbook guidelines and to keep consistency among designed projects
  • Ability to create animations and video content in an “A-Z manner”
  • Expertise with all relevant design tools such as Sketch & Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / Premiere Pro / Lightroom), as well as knowledge of best practices within all these tools.
  • Good organization skills & time management

Nice-to-haves

  • Photographic skills
  • Experience in designing visual content for social media

Joining us as Digital Creative Designer means:

You will join the interdisciplinary Employer Branding Team to help us build up BLDR brand and spread the love about it among potential new employees.

You will enter the awesome BLDR designers’ community focused on improving their daily design practice - take part one Designers Coffee, work on Dribbble Meetups!

Scrum and other Agile methodologies is what you embrace on a daily basis.

Logic information architectures, compelling user flows, low and hi-fidelity. wireframes and prototypes - these are the basic terms in your dictionary.

You will be the heart of promotional campaigns carried out by the Employer Branding Team.

You will have an impact on Boldare’s brand image as an employer - create awesome EB with us!

You will become a one-man band, whose visual content (video, photo, graphics, animations) inspires and brings the “wow-effect” to the audience.

You will work with people who have their hearts on the marketing side (either they are devs, HR or marketing professionals)
