What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 3+ years of experience in the fields of administration / finance / accounting
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (the last year of graduate studies)
  • Practical experience in managing accounting for limited liability and joint-stock companies, including collaboration with auditors and external accounting offices
  • Capability to audit financial statements
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, creating charts and revenue metrics, and preparing and presenting reports for management
  • Experience in client settlements, verifying, and issuing invoices
  • Experience with the soft debt collection process
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Office
  • Strong self-organization and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented, precise, punctual, and meticulous
  • Flexibility, openness, and a “can-do” attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes and procedures clearly
  • Commitment to teamwork and transparency
  • Open-mindedness and creative thinking
  • Fluency in Polish and English, CEFRL B2+ level or higher, for effective communication with clients

  • Negotiation skills
  • Professional experience in the IT industry

  • Understanding of beyond budgeting principles.

Joining us as Finance and Accountig Specialist means:

Becoming a member of the super-engaged Finance and Operations Team, which will support you anytime you need them.

Taking care of the proper circulation of accounting and financial documents.

Cooperation with an external accounting office.

Conducting cash settlements and reports.

Creating various summaries, statements, reports and performing basic financial analysis.

Coordinating the budgeting process at the organization level using a variety of tools.

Working with the devsteam to collect the necessary billing data.

Settlements with clients and additionally invoicing.

Conducting the soft debt collection processes.

Close and advanced contact with clients in your daily work.

Working in a holacratic system, which means there are no managers in our team, and we organize our work by ourselves.

Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.
