What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- 4+ years of experience as a Financial Specialist
- Very good analytical skills (it’s a must-have!)
- Exceptional strategic skills and ability to define an efficient financial strategy
- Basic knowledge of accounting and controlling
- Investment basics (currencies, cryptocurrencies, stocks, etc.)
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports
- Ability to analyze accounting data and prepare financial forecasts
- Positive attitude towards teamwork
- An open mind and transparent communication
- Problem-solving skills, finding and proposing new, non-obvious solutions
- Self-organization, timeliness, and task management skills
- Flexibility, ability to change the context if it’s needed
- Great knowledge of Excel, Optima and invoicing tools
- English at B2+ level (if any difficulties occur, you may need to communicate with foreign clients)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in working in IT companies/software houses
- Familiarity with flat organizational structure
Joining us as Financial Specialist means:
Coordinate budgeting (at both organization and team level), submit estimations of the costs, prepare reports and financial analyses.
Analyze the financial profitability of products and services.
Support Boldare teams in planning their budgets.
Use a wide range of different budgeting tools.
Focus on investment funds and take care of all joint-stock company issues, such as employees’ shareholdings, funds, cryptocurrencies, etc.
Propose and implement brave ideas. You won’t be limited to “one-department work”, doing the same, conventional or tedious tasks.
Challenge the accepted solutions – you will cooperate with different teams to work on new improvements.
Act in a fast and agile way. Creativity is an important part of your work.
