We're looking for a Graphic Designer for our internal marketing team to work together on creative concepts and campaigns. Are you always up to date with graphic design trends, want to develop on various design fields, and love to prepare fresh digital formats? Bring your experience to our team!

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in creating designs for marketing purposes
  • Portfolio of interesting projects
  • Proficiency in tools: Figma, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic experience in using Midjourney
  • Practical knowledge of various digital formats
  • Ability to create both static creations and animations
  • Experience in designing landing pages
  • Understanding basic metrics related to landing page conversion
  • Knowledge of good UI/UX practices, principles of typography, graphic composition
  • Experience in photo editing
  • Experience in print design
  • Experience in designing ebooks
  • Knowledge of current design trends and passion for your work
  • A knack for aesthetics and precision, and attention to detail
  • Creativity, proactivity, courage to ask questions and propose new ideas
  • Focus on self-development, openness to get tips, regular feedback, and discus on designs
  • Understanding the value from making mistakes, desire to learn new things
  • A “better done than perfect” approach and iterative work
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, adapting to changes, different contexts, and tight deadlines

Joining us as Graphic Designer means:

Cooperating with a dedicated marketing team, assisting in creating and implementing new ideas in digital marketing.

Joining the community of Boldare designers with experts in particular design areas with whom you can debate on work or ask them for mentoring to develop yourself. A large part of your skills will be developed in the Design Guild. You will join dedicated meetings for designers, take part in various activities, grab, and share feedback there.

Creating a wide range of online materials for marketing purposes (e.g. graphics for social media, newsletters, landing pages, presentations for events, various mockups, covers for blog posts, web designs, print design, animations, as well as photo and video editing).

Developing visual and creative concepts for marketing campaigns.

Conduct audits of Boldare website and implement improvements.

Focus on metrics and improvement of conversion rate.

Creating visual case studies, being responsible for the visual side of Boldare blog.

Ensuring consistency of marketing creations with brand guidelines (you will be onboarded to Boldare brand by a dedicated buddy from the designers’ community).

Bringing your experience and knowledge of graphic design trends to the team and campaigns we work on together.

Working in a holacratic system, which means there are no managers in our team, and we organize our work by ourselves.

Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody at Boldare has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.

Great atmosphere and teamwork based on various ways of working face-to-face with the team and clients. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings. At the marketing team, we organize them once a quarter. At online meetings we always have webcams on and find some space for pleasant chitchats.

Consistent growth and full control over your career path. Now we need a Graphic Designer with full focus on marketing creations, but in the future you can try yourself in a desired direction (e.g. UX/UI design, product design, etc.).
