What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 3+ years of experience as a HR & Payroll Specialist or similar position.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and employment contracts.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software (preferably Comarch Optima.)
  • ability to combine legal requirements with the organization’s business goals.
  • Extensive experience with spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to develop yourself and become a leader in the HR and payroll area.
  • Strong business-oriented skills - you understand the impact of a well-structured HR and payroll area on the safe scaling of the organization.
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • An open mind and transparent communication.
  • Highly developed communication skills, feeling comfortable with explaining complicated processes and procedures to others.
  • Flexibility, ability to change the context and to adjust to the situation if needed.
  • Willingness to undergo two-week stationary onboarding and work from our Gliwice office at least 2 days a week.
  • English at B1+ level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Practical knowledge of Comarch Optima, Calamari, BambooHR.
  • Experience in process optimization.
  • Practical knowledge of Slack messenger and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience in IT companies/software houses.
  • A university degree in the field of human resources and payroll.
