… join our scrum team as a Java Developer! Since we cooperate with our clients like equal partners, you will not only build products but communicate with clients as a consultant as well.

Currently, we’re looking for support for some of our clients, like Prisma or Tawal. With Prisma, we create a platform that supports gas trade in Europe. According to Tawal, we build phone mast areas management portal in Saudi Arabia.

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • min. 2+ years of experience in Java programming (Java 11+)
  • strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework
  • Experience with Hibernate/JPA, SQL (Postgres preferred) and no-sql database
  • Strong knowledge about REST API
  • Understanding and ability to use of design patterns
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of maven or gradle
  • Knowledge of JUnit and Mockito
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git preferably)
  • Willingness to build relationships with clients and pay attention to customers needs
  • Openness to change and work with various stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and ability to ask pointed questions
  • Data-driven approach and ability to conduct audits
  • Iterative work (you successively deliver the next elements of a whole solution)
  • Command of English and Polish on B2+ level

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with elasticsearch and mongodb
  • Experience with DDD
  • Experience with event sourcing
  • Knowledge IaC
  • SOAP experience
  • Experience with message brokers (preferably Kafka)
  • Knowledge of AWS (in particular SQS, SNS, S3, EC2, RDS, CloudFormation)
