What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Writing skills, of course - the ability to create an engaging content and telling interesting stories;
  • Creativity, proactivity and natural curiosity - there are a lot of interesting stories to tell at Boldare, but you need to reach for them;
  • Flexibility and openness to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment;
  • Great work organization skills - we work on many tasks, projects and articles simultaneously (each of us juggles many balls, and so will you);
  • Ability to work with various types of data - we talk a lot about metrics (also those dedicated to the content you’ll create), analyze information and make decisions based on them;
  • Readiness to make your own decisions and draw conclusions from your experience;
  • Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous improvement of your own performance;
  • Being open to working closely with a self-organized, interdisciplinary team, without a manager;
  • Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken).

Joining us as Junior Content Writer means:

You will join the interdisciplinary Marketing Development Team of passionates to help us build the Boldare brand and create exceptional customer journeys.

You will be responsible for writing articles, copy for websites and social media.

Working in holacratic system (no managers, self organized teams and autonomy in collaboration.

You are joining an extremely transparent and open environment and you’re ready to give and receive honest feedback all the time.

You are an independent, self-driven person who can take responsibility and ask for help if they need it.

You are ready to make your own decisions and understand that sometimes they just won’t be right (failing is really ok as long as we learn from it) :)

You will cooperate with a team of experienced professionals, who are eager to share with you their knowledge and best practices (we always help each other and never leave anybody without support).

You will also work closely with the sales team and both worlds (marketing & sales) are often intertwined here.

You simply like cooperating with other people - we spend a lot of time talking with various folks inside and outside our team and organization (that includes our customers as well!) :)
