What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in graphic design using design tools (Figma, Photoshop) and a portfolio of your great works.
  • You are really into creating inspiring graphic content (banners, collages, landing pages, graphics for social media posts, covers for articles and mailings) and you like building genuine relationships with your community through your work.
  • Following design trends - you love to implement new creative ideas!
  • Excellent communication skills (being transparent and open to other perspectives, able to listen actively).
  • You are well organized and can easily switch the threads.
  • You know how to prioritize your tasks based on the strategy and the current needs of the team.
  • Responsibility, keeping to deadlines, and maintaining the highest quality of designs.
  • Professional growth is one of your priorities, you want to develop your skills in various marketing areas in the future.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and flexible approach. You like a dynamic and rapidly-changing environment. A CAN-DO ATTITUDE is your motto.
  • You like experiments and testing new solutions. You can also handle failure because you know it’s the best source of learning.
  • Being up-to-date with innovations and trends, ability to transfer your inspiration to your and your team's work.
  • You measure the effects of your work and are ready to make your own data-based decisions

Joining us as Junior Graphic Designer means:

Joining the interdisciplinary Recruitment Marketing Team which consists of social media specialists, content creators, campaign owners, job offers masters and other creative roles. You will support our actions and design consistent candidate journeys.

Focus on designing creative content and graphics to promote recruitment marketing campaigns on social media, job boards, and others.

Cooperating with different teams and roles in various projects.

Being involved in the life of your team and developing yourself in other fields (how about proving yourself as a retreat organizer or meeting facilitator?).

That you embrace Agile methodologies daily. We work iteratively and believe in the motto: better done than perfect!

The possibility of further professional development in other design areas (e.g., product design, UI/UX design).

Grabbing knowledge. We share our experiences and give insights into various fields.

Teamwork – it means a good atmosphere, but also striving for team excellence and helping each other. We plan our work based on goals, strategy, and priorities. Measuring results is also good practice.

Working in a dispersed team. You can work remotely wherever you like, but we also meet face-to-face from time to time in one of our offices in Poland, or… anywhere we want to:)
