What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • basic knowledge of at least one programing language (preferably JavaScript or PHP)
  • theoretical knowledge of software testing
  • basic knowledge of Selenium Webdriver
  • flexibility and positive attitude toward teamwork
  • command of English on B2+ level
  • motivation to develop skills and knowledge in the area of automated tests

Nice-to-haves

  • professional experience as a Junior Tests Engineer (or similar)
  • experience in using Git
  • knowledge of high-level frameworks (eg. Protractor, Appium or Selenide)
  • knowledge of Continuous Integration tools (i.e. Jenkins, TravisCI)
  • knowledge of technics like BDD, TDD, ATDD (at least one)
  • knowledge of performance testing and tools (eg. JMeter)

Joining us as Junior QA Engineer means:

You will cooperate with experienced scrum team and learn the best practices about product development

You’ll be responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product runs smoothly and meets client’s needs.

You’ll be providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems.

Monitoring of all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions (including debugging process results).

You’re the one to track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

You stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.

True Scrum and Agile methodologies is what you embrace on a daily basis.

You’re the planner of your own work - we’re self-managing teams
