What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master or in a project management role
- Can do attitude and positive approach to new tasks
- Partnership approach and attention to the needs of both product users and client
- High level of commitment to improving product development using the Agile approach
- Team player attitude, commitment, and willingness to work together on common goals
- Ability to work with a team – you support other team members and know when it is time for small talk and when to check on tasks
- Agility in working with metrics – drawing accurate conclusions and translating them into effective work with the team
- Enthusiasm, courage to share new ideas
- Proactive personality and strong desire to continuously improve
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-organization, time management skills
- Knowledge of agile methods and techniques (i.e., Kanban, Lean)
- Knowledge in team building methods and experience in working with remote teams
- Flexibility and ability to work in the changeable environment
- Experience in collaboration with client-side Product Owners
- Fluent English (B2+ level) in speaking and writing is a must
- Good knowledge of Polish (B2+ level) to communicate with the team
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in product discovery in Agile/Lean approach
- Skills proved by a Scrum Master certificate (i.e. PSM, PSPO, PSL)

We work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, with full transparency). It gives us a lot of freedom and development opportunities, but at the same time it requires a lot of flexibility, maturity and responsibility for our performance.
