What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master or in a project management role
  • Can do attitude and positive approach to new tasks
  • Partnership approach and attention to the needs of both product users and client
  • High level of commitment to improving product development using the Agile approach
  • Team player attitude, commitment, and willingness to work together on common goals
  • Ability to work with a team – you support other team members and know when it is time for small talk and when to check on tasks
  • Agility in working with metrics – drawing accurate conclusions and translating them into effective work with the team
  • Enthusiasm, courage to share new ideas
  • Proactive personality and strong desire to continuously improve
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-organization, time management skills
  • Knowledge of agile methods and techniques (i.e., Kanban, Lean)
  • Knowledge in team building methods and experience in working with remote teams
  • Flexibility and ability to work in the changeable environment
  • Experience in collaboration with client-side Product Owners
  • Fluent English (B2+ level) in speaking and writing is a must
  • Good knowledge of Polish (B2+ level) to communicate with the team

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in product discovery in Agile/Lean approach
  • Skills proved by a Scrum Master certificate (i.e. PSM, PSPO, PSL)

We work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, with full transparency).
