Junior Social Media Specialist

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management - i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram or YouTube;
  • Knowing the specifics of each social media platform - Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube;
  • Energy to moderate and monitor discussions on Facebook groups;
  • Passion and constant-learning attitude towards social media and digital marketing trends;
  • Fluency in written Polish and English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in running paid campaigns on Facebook;
  • A social media agency working background;
  • Knowledge of brand tracking tools such as Brand24;
  • Practice in social media management tools such as Napoleon Cat, Hootsuite, Buffer, Tweetdeck etc;
  • Understanding and practice in Google Analytics;
  • Knowing Google Ads (AdWords);
  • Understanding the specifics of online forums such as Quora, Reddit;
  • Interest in business news and technology trends.

  • You’ll join an interdisciplinary Growth Team to help us boost our social media marketing efforts

  • Managing social media platforms according to the social media strategy (such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is not a mystery for you;

  • You feel comfortable in writing and publishing content on social media channels (managing content planning with external tools like Hootsuite);

  • Our philosophy of leading long-term social media campaigns matches yours;

  • You’ll keep an eye on Boldare’s brand exposure on social media platforms and propose new ways to improve it;

  • Building a community of followers on each platform is what drives you forward;

  • You’ll be analyzing and recommending improvements to boost Boldare’s social media channels.
