What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience in software development companies (preferably on the international market).
  • Broad experience in planning, implementing and running multichannel online and onsite marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of marketing and brand awareness activities (social media, print marketing, newsletter, content marketing, event management, etc.).
  • Experience in ads and performace marketing.
  • Resourcefulness – if necessary, you can replace your teammate and manage our Clutch profile, write engaging content, or coordinate a paid campaign on social media.
  • Ability to conduct deep and effective research (market, competition, customers, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach – you can comprehensively analyze the situation and draw smart conclusions.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills (ability to own the whole project from the idea, through implementation to draw smart conclusions).
  • Interest in marketing trends and new marketing models.
  • Flexibility, openness, and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills (when dealing with people, you feel like a kid in a candy store!)
  • Ability to give and receive feedback.
  • Availability to meet with the team at one of the Boldare offices once per quarter.
  • English at C1+ level.
  • Fluency in Polish (B2+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or project management.
  • Experience in building partnerships and marketing collaborations with other companies.
  • Great if you are familiar with Account Base Management.

Supporting the New Business team in setting and achieving specific marketing goals.

Planning, preparing, and running marketing campaigns (also social media and remarketing once) aligned with marketing strategy and team’s budget.

Tracking the competition, forecast market trends, and research new ideas.

Becoming our partner in crime – bring new solutions and discussions.

Basing your actions on data and metrics (we use a wide range of analytical tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.).

Facing an open feedback culture – you will receive direct and constant feedback on your work.
