What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- Strong writing and content creation skills, including the ability to synthesize information from various sources (make sure to include links to your content or writing samples)
- Copywriting skills.
- A journalistic mindset: curiosity, precision, and a drive to uncover and tell meaningful stories.
- Passion for new technologies and using AI in everyday tasks.
- A genuine interest in marketing, even if you haven’t worked in the field before.
- Experience in student organizations, university projects, or international programs.
- Ability to deliver results quickly while also maintaining focus on long-term, in-depth topics.
- Communication skills and transparency.
- Team-player approach and a love of teamwork.
- Availability to work from the office in Gliwice at least once a week.
- Fluency in Polish and English (C1+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues and clients.

We work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, with full transparency). It gives us a lot of freedom and development opportunities, but at the same time it requires a lot of flexibility, maturity and responsibility for our performance.
