What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Basic professional experience in working with people (experience in soft HR is welcome);
  • Flexibility, agility and ability to adjust to frequent changes (we live in a VUCA world :));
  • Good communication skills: being transparent and open to other perspectives, active listening, ability to adjust your communication style to the needs of others;
  • Good facilitation and mediation skills;
  • Empathy and sensitivity to other people's needs; team working skills, ability to build positive relationships;
  • Ability to work with data (you will be responsible for gathering feedback about the onboarding process from new employees, analyzing it, drawing conclusions and suggesting improvements);
  • Decision-making skills;
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge and experience in building employee-friendly HR processes;
  • Experience in onboarding new employees;
  • Knowledge of group processes, working with team’s emotions.

Joining us as Onboarding Guide means:

You will have a three-month onboarding process to better know our processes, good practices and holacracy system (you can count on support from professional mentors and experts).

Working in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, full transparency).

Initially, you will be responsible for the process of onboarding new employees, risk monitoring and gathering feedback, but with time your responsibilities will expand to analyzing metrics and making suggestions of process improvements and creating the Onboarding Team.

Possibility of hybrid work (home working is good but it’s nice to hang out or have some coffee with the team from time to time). We usually organize offline team meetings in one of our offices at least once a month.

A lot of space and opportunities for self-development by working with people, leading workshops and learning about group processes.

Being responsible for sharing and educating onBolders about our culture.

Joining a dynamic and rapidly changing environment (our organizational structure is constantly evolving and sometimes we change our specializations - that’s why we’re looking for a person who is ready to develop her/his skills in various HR areas).
