What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 3+ years of experience in designing development activities and strengthening teams performance gained in dynamic, agile organisations
  • experience in building organizational culture, strengthening good attitudes in the organization, building participation mechanisms and relationships in the organization
  • practical knowledge of tools for working with a team (e.g. coaching, mediations, conducting workshops, defining development goals, group process)
  • ability to build and tailor tools and products according to the teams’ needs (including ability to collect feedback, inference and analytical thinking)
  • ability to establish and deepen connections, high level of empathy, creativity and agility in way of working
  • ability to apply the systemic approach in practice, understanding the group process and aspects related to the team dynamics
  • fluency in English allowing the use of English-language materials and communication in international environment (B2)

Joining us as People Potential Specialist means:

You will be responsible for analyzing individual teams needs and recommending the best products and tools for teams development, improving their performance and strengthening teamwork

You’ll design processes and tools adequate to the development needs of people, teams and the entire organization

You’ll define and measure effectiveness of the designed processes and tools

You’ll design and facilitate different ways and tools to support teams (for example feedback sessions, team development planning workshops, development goals defining workshops etc.)

You’ll be building and strengthening community in Boldare as well as promoting attitudes consistent with BoldareWay
