What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- Experience in product discovery process and conducting workshops for clients
- Practice in building products based on business goals
- Experience in validating problems & solutions; solving users’ problems
- Practical knowledge of building and validating hypotheses
- Experience in preparing and conducting user testing/interviews
- Understanding of working in prototype and MVP product phases
- Knowledge of Lean Startup framework
- Ability to make quick and conclusive decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Polish (B2+ level) to easily communicate with clients
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with working in interdisciplinary teams in a startup-like atmosphere
- Knowledge of current design trends
- Significant knowledge of software, good practices, and patterns in graphic design
