What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- Understanding of BDD
- experience with manual testing
- knowledge of Gherkin
- practice in writing clean bug reports and test plans
- experience with defining and refining requirements, and identifying business and product goals
- Experience with creating use case diagrams
- practice in planning and leading product discovery workshops
- Practice in creating product roadmaps, user story mapping, product vision board, building a product persona
- Ability to adapt to project needs, select right techniques depending on current priorities
- Great communication and facilitation skills
- command of English and Polish on B2+ level
Nice-to-haves
- Practice with techniques like impact mapping, event storming, business model canvas, etc.
- understanding of UX principles and knowing how to test usability/accessibility
- practice in using test management tools
