We're looking for a React.js Developer for our marketing team. Are you ready to build digital marketing products and work on landing pages to reach Boldare business goals?
Joining #BoldareTeam, which is a community of open-minded product builders, eager to share their knowledge and best practices.
You can boost your skills and potential working in the internal marketing team. Here, you will be focused on supporting our internal initiatives, rather than cooperating with external clients.
Direct impact on the product & tech stack – our teams are responsible not only for performing tasks but also for proposing solutions. You’re the expert here, so we trust in your tech recommendations.
Maintaining the high performance of boldare landing page placed in Netlify. That means fixing current bugs and problems and developing it in line with the marketing strategy.
Taking care of the code consistency (e.g. rewriting to a higher version of React while working on current tasks).
Building new digital products relevant to the marketing strategy (for example landing pages).
Implementing testing and automation (like integrating data from Eventbrite portal to excel).
Creating and developing project documentation.
Keeping an effective business development and refactoring backlogs. That means conducting a backlog of changes to keep high performance but, on the other hand, prioritize work smartly according to Boldare current business needs.
Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.
Great atmosphere and teamwork based on various ways of working face-to-face. Caring for our bold bond, we’re meeting regularly to spend time together in real life. At online meetings, we always have webcams on and find some space for pleasant chitchats.
Agile, scrum & lean startup are not just buzzwords – no project managers, a scrum master in every team, and iterative product delivery are standard at Boldare.
Self-organization – there are no managers in Boldare, so the teams organize their work by themselves. You’ll be engaged in building the roadmap, sprint planning, etc.

We work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, with full transparency). It gives us a lot of freedom and development opportunities, but at the same time it requires a lot of flexibility, maturity and responsibility for our performance.
Watch video about holacracy →We are always ready and open to share our thoughts! We do it in our daily work, workshops, 1:1 sessions, etc. This is one of the best tools in our professional growth. We also often share feedback in a team forum, because it’s great to learn from each other’s experiences.
EVERYBODY in Boldare has full access to data, including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data, etc. We almost always communicate with each other via open channels to effectively spread information. This is what you need to make conscious, independent decisions in your role.
