We're looking for a React.js Developer for our marketing team. Are you ready to build digital marketing products and work on landing pages to reach Boldare business goals?

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of experience in developing web applications
  • Proficient knowledge of JS framework: React
  • Understanding the specifics of working in a marketing and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in cooperating with designers on marketing assets and landing pages
  • Knowledge of ES6+ syntax
  • Familiarity with one of CSS preprocessors (i.e. Sass)
  • Experience with module bundlers (i.e. Webpack/Browserify)
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git preferably)
  • Experience with testing software: Unit testing/E2E
  • Experience in app state management patterns
  • Knowledge of class and function components in React.js, experience with hooks
  • Experience in external API, REST API, GraphQL
  • Familiarity with HTML
  • Openness to change, ability to iterative work
  • Proactive approach and dealing with multitasking
  • Data-driven approach and problem-solving
  • Self-organized, great time and work management skills
  • Teamplayer with communications skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2 level) to easily communicate with colleagues

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in working with marketing teams
  • Practice in Typescript
  • Knowledge of different rendering approaches (CSR/SSR/SSG)
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, RTK)

Maintaining the high performance of boldare landing page placed in Netlify. That means fixing current bugs and problems and developing it in line with the marketing strategy.

Taking care of the code consistency (e.g. rewriting to a higher version of React while working on current tasks).

Building new digital products relevant to the marketing strategy (for example landing pages).

Implementing testing and automation (like integrating data from Eventbrite portal to excel).

Creating and developing project documentation.

Keeping an effective business development and refactoring backlogs. That means conducting a backlog of changes to keep high performance but, on the other hand, prioritize work smartly according to Boldare current business needs.

Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.
