We're looking for a Recruitment Marketing Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will create designs for marketing purposes and support our team in recruitment processes. Are you keen on graphic design, recruitment marketing and social media? Keep on reading!

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Strong interest in graphic design
  • Portfolio of digital marketing assets
  • A degree in marketing/ design/ employer branding
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma or Adobe
  • Keen on recruitment marketing areas
  • Natural drive for project management or event marketing
  • Practical experience with social media (you manage your own channels and enjoy it!)
  • Willingness to learn and take on new activities in a Talent Acquisition area
  • Flexibility, creativity, proactivity
  • Communication skills and transparency
  • Ability to give and receive honest feedback
  • Teamplayer approach and a love of teamwork
  • Self-organization, tasks prioritization, work and time management
  • Responsibility, courage to take ownership for tasks and areas
  • Availability to work from one of Boldare offices (Warszawa, Kraków, Gliwice, Wrocław) at least once a week
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues.

Joining us as Recruitment Marketing Intern means:

Joining #BoldareTeam, which is a community of open-minded product builders, eager to share their knowledge and best practices.

Becoming a member of a cool Talent Acquisition Team which means gaining know-how from the best recruitment team in Poland (as we won the Perły HRu 2023 contest :)).

6 months of effective onboarding that will guide you and learn.

Gaining practical experience and growing in the areas of Recruitment Marketing/ HR/Talent Acquisition.

Creating designs for marketing purposes (e.g. graphics for social media, landing pages, assets for events, covers for blog posts).

Contributing to recruitment marketing campaigns (helping with event marketing, photo plans, etc.).

Supporting Boldare recruiters in checking applications and conducting phone screenings with candidates.

Providing feedback to candidates in recruitment processes.

Acting on social media channels (creating designs, writing posts, publishing reels).

Proposing and implementing improvements to Boldare career site.

Supporting the team in administrative work (like arranging documents, organizing databases, taking care of ATS, tidying up Figma).

Participating in focus meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing new ideas.

Great atmosphere and teamwork based on regular face-to-face meetings with the team. Caring for our bold bond, we’re meeting regularly to spend time together in real life. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings. At online meetings, we always have webcams on and find some space for pleasant chitchats.

Cooperating with different roles and teams, and possibility to learn from them.

Constant feedback and soft skills development. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback and grow together.

Working in a holacratic system, which means there are no managers in our team, and we organize our work by ourselves.

Transparency. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.

A lot of internal & external initiatives where developers share their knowledge and best practices (e.g., Tech Talks, Product Development Chapters, webinars, team-building internal events).

The possibility of hybrid mode. You can work from home, but still, we will need you at one of our offices (Warszawa, Gliwice, Kraków, or Wrocław) once a week.
