What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube).
  • Experience in planning and running social media campaigns (paid and organic).
  • Practice in managing, measuring and automating social media with tools (Google Analytics, platforms’ Ads/Business managers).
  • Knowledge of content management tools such as Buffer, CapCut, Lightroom.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Interpersonal skills - you will be working with people a lot!
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven attitude, readiness to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to measure the effects of your work and being ready to make your own data-based decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills in English (level C1+).
  • Polish at B2+ level to easily communicate with colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel between our offices to create content.

Nice-to-haves

  • Practical knowledge of other social media channels, e.g. Twitter and TikTok.
  • Background in planning and running events: offline and online.
  • Experience in collaboration with external agencies and subcontractors.
  • Practice in video and photo content production: writing scripts, briefing guests, overseeing shooting plans, and managing the post-production process.

Joining us as Social Media Specialist means:

Building Boldare’s communication strategy in the recruitment marketing area for our social media channels (LinkedIn, META, YouTube).

Preparing social media campaigns (organic and paid) in an A-Z manner: from coming up with the topic and a plan, through coordinating and executing it with the team, to measuring the outcome.

A lot of trust and independence: you will have ownership over our recruitment marketing social media narrative - get creative!

Working in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, with full transparency). It gives us a lot of freedom and development opportunities, but at the same time it requires a lot of flexibility, maturity and responsibility for our performance.

Transparency in our DNA - EVERYBODY in Boldare has full access to data, including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data, etc. We almost always communicate with each other in open channels to effectively spread information. This is what you need to make conscious, independent decisions in your role.
