What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 1+ years of experience in project/people management
  • A little IT know-how. We don't expect anything like technical expertise, but general knowledge about IT trends is desired
  • An open mind and (really) exceptional communication skills
  • A natural negotiation skills – you simply know how to convince others to your ideas
  • Great listening skills and ability to find people’s hidden powers out
  • Problem-solving approach – in case of an obstacle on your road, you will look for non-obvious possibilities
  • Strong focus on purpose, consistent pursuit of the goal
  • Very good analytical skills, you’re the dot-connector!
  • Self-organization, time management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in the changeable environment
  • Dealing with work under pressure and determination
  • English on B2 level

Joining us as Talent Allocation Specialist means:

Truly spread your wings in the product team composition field. That means building scrum teams that will consist of Boldare people and outside developers from collaborative companies.

Look for non-obvious opportunities and build a coherent teams’ structure that will use Boldare people’s capacities most effectively.

Guard and manage the team-building processes.

Constantly monitor analytical tools (e.g., Salesforce, Glassfactory) to keep an overview of the current products and resources in the organization.

Stay in regular contact with Boldare people to monitor their satisfaction level and discover their hidden powers.

Present the new products and enhance their values to Boldare specialists – to show them great benefits of joining a new team!

Cooperate with outsourcing partners to acquire the best specialists.

Be responsible for all administrative sides of outsourcing and collaborate with partners.

Draw conclusions from your mistakes and victories, which means constantly learning from everyday experiences and sharing insights with the organization.

Bring people’s and organization’s needs and possibilities together.
