Technically

  • proven practice in designing HR processes supporting positive employee experience

Joining us as Teams Salary Facilitator means:

Leading the team’s workshops the “salary process” is based on and ensuring the best employee experience

Educating the team on how our salary system works and what’s the exact role of a team and individuals in it

Testing, analyzing and improving the current “salary process” to take it to the next level (validating if it supports Boldare’s key values, competences and attitudes)

Being responsible for regularly verifying and updating the wages of #BoldareTeam members
