What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Passion for Agile methodologies and product development
  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile techniques (Scrum, Lean, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and support teams effectively
  • Interest in project management, problem-solving, and working with metrics
  • Ability to work in a team and understand the needs of individual members
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to client-focused project delivery
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level)
  • Ability to work with the team in person at least once a month, with regular visits to the Gliwice office during onboarding (frequency to be agreed)

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in project management, business analysis, or related roles
  • Interest in learning about metrics and their application in Agile delivery
  • Understanding of business analysis processes

Assisting with developing and maintaining project backlogs and prioritizing tasks

Participating in project meetings (scrums, refinements, daily stand-ups, strategy sessions)
