From his first wins in junior racing series, through the Formula Regional Oceania Championship title, to racing in FIA Formula 2 and a podium in Monaco, Roman Biliński has been steadily building his position in world motorsport. As the first Pole in Formula 2 in its current format, he is opening a new chapter in the history of Polish racing. Now Boldare, a Polish technology company that creates digital products using AI, is joining his partners. The partnership will include technology support and projects aimed at the driver’s fans.
The Boldare logo appeared on Roman’s helmet during the Baku round, held on 24–26 September 2026. In the coming weeks, the company will present its first digital initiatives created with the driver’s fans in mind.
From a family passion to the world’s racetracks
Roman Biliński’s story has been tied to motorsport for generations. His grandparents, who met in England after leaving Poland during the Second World War, loved cars and motorsport, and passed this passion on to the next generations: their son Henryk and their grandson Roman. Roman’s mother was also connected with motorsport. For years she worked at car and motorcycle races.
Born in 2004 in Lechlade, United Kingdom, Roman holds dual citizenship but formally represents Poland on international racetracks.
Over his career in various racing series, Roman Biliński has stood on the podium many times, including on its top step.
The turning point in his career was the 2024 season, when he won the Formula Regional Oceania Championship (the equivalent of Europe’s FRECA). A year later, in his debut FIA Formula 3 season, he finished third in the season opener in Melbourne, becoming the first Pole on the Australian Grand Prix podium since Robert Kubica! Two months later he finished second in the most prestigious race of the season in Monaco, where he also matched a result of Poland’s only Formula 1 driver in history.
In September 2025, Biliński became the first Pole in history to win an FIA Formula 3 race at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, known as the “Temple of Speed”. His strong performances in F3 caught the attention of many teams in the series above, and in the 2026 season Roman moved up to FIA Formula 2. Here he again proved his skills, finishing second in the Monaco Grand Prix race and becoming the first Polish driver to achieve such a result. He also showed remarkable consistency: as one of only two drivers on the entire F2 grid, he scored points in six consecutive races.
Formula 2 is the direct feeder series to Formula 1, and competing at this level requires not only speed, but also consistency, the ability to analyse data, work with engineers and make the right decisions under pressure.

A partnership that starts before the finish line
Boldare decided to support Roman at a stage where talent and sporting results open up new opportunities, but further development still requires the commitment of the right partners.
“Roman is reaching world level in a sport in which Poland rarely has its own representative. At this stage, an athlete needs partners, not just fans. We want to be with him now, not only when he becomes the obvious choice,” says Anna Zarudzka, co-CEO of Boldare.
Behind the partnership is the belief that an athlete is worth supporting during the phase of growth and development, before they become that “obvious choice”. Boldare recognises its own world in racing: in both motorsport and technology, the key factors are precision, fast learning, teamwork and the ability to turn data into concrete decisions.
“A driver makes decisions in fractions of a second, but behind them are months of preparation and the work of an entire team. It’s the same in building digital products: nothing good is created alone. At Boldare we have a rule: bold is not reckless. Courage only works when it is backed by precision,” adds Piotr Majchrzak, co-CEO of Boldare.
The partnership will not be limited to a logo on the driver’s helmet. Boldare will use its experience in designing and developing digital products to create solutions related to Roman’s career and his fan community.
Technology that brings fans closer to the world of racing
For Formula 2 fans, the excitement doesn’t end between the start and the finish line. It also means waiting for the next rounds, following the driver’s progress and getting to know the behind-the-scenes work of the driver and his team.
It is around these experiences that Boldare plans to develop its digital projects. The company will announce the details in the coming weeks, and in the meantime you can follow the partnership on the dedicated page at boldare.com/roman-bilinski. The aim of the partnership is not only to support the athlete, but also to create new ways of engaging fans and building relationships with them.
The partnership brings together two areas where ambition, technology and teamwork matter. For Roman, it is further support in developing his career at the international level, and for his fans, a promise of new ways to get to know the driver and accompany him through the seasons ahead.
In the 2026 season, Roman Biliński still has the FIA Formula 2 rounds in Qatar and Abu Dhabi ahead of him.
