What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting or account/project management position
- Experience in cooperation with clients
- Knowledge in the field of accounting
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with business partners
- Exceptional strategic skills and a holistic approach to building and developing the accounting field in the organization
- Constant looking for improvements in accounting areas
- Business thinking and ability to connect the dots
- Courage to propose new ideas and find non-obvious solutions
- Ability to accept honest feedback
- Positive attitude towards teamwork
- Self-organization and time-management skills
- Dealing with work under pressure and determination in pursuing goals
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with clients and colleagues
- Availability for remote work (business trips to clients included)
Joining us as Accounting Specialist means:
Become a part of the evolving Clients Partnerships & Growth team, which will support you anytime you need them.
Take care of the operational work and settlements with clients (invoices, data, etc.).
Communicate with clients and tailor settlements to the needs of our business cooperation.
Concern on budget and collect financial data from other Boldare teams.
Understand the business value of Boldare services and choose the best ways to present it via settlements.
Become our settlements architect thanks to your holistic approach to accounting and business areas.
Take care of both the procedural issues and business relations with clients.
f necessary, be responsible for effective debt collection.
Work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership, autonomy in decision-making, full transparency.)
