What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of experience in the field of business/product management/cooperation with external clients
  • Exceptional communication skills (familiarity with different communication tools and adapting communication to clients)
  • Ability to challenge clients and get essential details (discover a true business goal and understand the client’s problem)
  • Extracting insights, adapting tactics, and working in different contexts (ability to quickly change contexts)
  • Analytical thinking to connect the dots and read between the lines
  • A problem-solving approach
  • Ease in getting feedback from the client and using it to your advantage
  • Dealing with work under pressure and showing determination in pursuit of goals
  • Proactivity and the courage to grasp new opportunities
  • Conscientious, self-organized, with time management skills
  • A holistic approach and strategic skills
  • Experience in software development companies
  • Experience in cooperation and building partnership relations with external clients
  • Fluency in Polish and English (C1 level) to easily communicate with clients and colleagues

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the fundamentals and business value of Scrum techniques
  • Experience in working with digital products
  • Technical knowledge in the field of IT

Joining us as Business Solution Architect means:

Become a part of the evolving Convert team, which specializes in sales and will support you anytime you need them.

Create solution propositions tailored to the needs of Sales Opportunities with the support of the team, and estimate the time needed to complete them.

Creatively choose solutions for Sales Opportunities, based on four product phases (FCPD) and the other services we provide, using the best knowledge of technologies and solutions offered by Boldare.

Participate in meetings with Sales Opportunities, the purpose of which is to collect information about needs and present our proposal at the same time.

Strive to fully understand the client and identify their true business needs.

Developing initial technological and product solutions that meet clients’ business needs.

Have a strong knowledge of the company’s services and technological resources.

Work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership, autonomy in decision-making, full transparency).
