What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- A master's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a chief accountant.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and taxes.
- Fluency in Comarch Optima software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Great self-organization skills and determination in pursuing goals; also being precise and focused on quality.
- Highly developed communication skills, feeling comfortable with explaining complicated processes and procedures to others.
- Flexibility, ability to change the context and to adjust to the situation if needed.
- Willingness to work from our Gliwice office once a month.
- English at B1+ level.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of accounting rules for foundations and joint-stock companies.
- Practice in using Slack and Google Suite tools.
- Experience in accounting services for IT companies.
