What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • a degree in law, economics or finance.
  • minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • experience in planning and executing compliance strategy.
  • ability to combine legal requirements with the organization’s business goals.
  • knowledge of the basics of Agile methodologies and the Agile approach in practice.
  • openness to change and the ability to adjust solutions to the current business needs of the organization.
  • be up to date with the law and able to interpret regulations with ease great analytical skills and an ability to analyze formal documents.
  • highly developed communication skills, being comfortable with explaining complicated processes and procedures to others.
  • focus on continuous development.
  • great self-organization skills and determination in pursuing goals; also being precise, on time and scrupulous.
  • Fluency in English (C1+ level) to easily understand and interpret formal documents and a good command of Polish (B2+).
  • willingness to undergo onboarding at our Gliwice office and visit it for meetings if needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • experience in IT companies/software houses.
  • knowledge of Scrum basics and familiarity with a flat organizational structure.
  • compliance training and certifications.

Joining us as Compliance Officer means:

Having the opportunity to set a development path for compliance in Boldare.

Acting as an advisor to the supervisors and board members of Boldare in the implementation of its business goals in accordance with the letter of the law and internal regulations.

Connecting unobvious dots: you will have the opportunity of implementing procedures and standards in a self-organizing company.

Identifing, monitoring and mitigating the risk of non-compliance of the business with external and internal regulations.

Joinig the #BoldareTeam which is a community of 160+ product builders (developers, designers, scrum masters, etc.) and 40+ business, HR and operations professionals. They’ll be more than happy to share their knowledge and best practices with you.
