What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter or similar position in IT/digital industry
  • Experience in verifying resumes and conducting screenings
  • High motivation to gain experience in recruitment and willingness to grow in the HR field
  • Interpersonal skills: empathy, relationship building, which are keys to good communication with candidates and the team
  • Good organization of your own work and the ability to prioritize tasks will allow you to fit well in the agile culture and adapt your activities to the changing environment and needs
  • Courage to act, experiment and go out of the comfort zone
  • Analytical thinking and responsibility
  • Practice in using tools like Slack, Asana/Jira and ATS (we use Breezy)
  • Active profile on LinkedIn
  • English on at least B2 level and Polish on at least C1 level

Nice-to-haves

  • Good writing skills - we write a lot of messages to candidates:)
  • Experience in designing and conducting recruitment processes
  • Experience/willingness to grow in sourcing
  • Familiarity with Scrum

Joining us as Junior IT Recruiter means:

You’ll joint forces with a highly skilled Talent Selection team, eager to share their knowledge and best practices

Interesting, developmental tasks! You will learn sourcing candidates online, analyze incoming applications and listen to recruitment interviews conducted by experienced recruiters. You will also support the team in strategic tasks.

Remote work interspersed with offline meetings. Although we live in different cities in Poland, once every few weeks we see each other for one/two days of working together to build the team on real relationships.
