What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • + 1 year of experience in Recruitment Marketing
  • Experience in creating content and managing company social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Experience in collaborating with job boards (writing and publishing job offers)
  • Natural drive for project management or event marketing - previous experience in planning industry and corporate events
  • + 6 months of experience in managing recruitment processes (sourcing, CV analysis, screenings)
  • Willingness to work from one of our offices (Warszawa/ Gliwice/ Kraków or Wrocław) once a week
  • Fluency in Polish and English (C1 level) to easily communicate with colleagues
  • Hands-on experience in the dynamic world of IT industry - your insights will drive our success!
  • Proven experience in maintaining metrics and analyzing data
  • Communication skills and transparency
  • Ability to give and receive honest feedback
  • Teamplayer approach and a love of teamwork
  • Self-organization, tasks prioritization, work and time management
  • Willingness to learn and take on new activities in a Human Potential & Culture team

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing paid campaigns
  • A degree in marketing/ human resources/ employer branding

Joining us as Junior Recruitment Marketing Specialist means:

Becoming a member of a cool Human Potential & Culture which consists of 4 talented and ambitious people

Contributing to recruitment marketing campaigns (helping with event marketing, photo plans, etc.)

Supporting Boldare recruiters in sourcing, checking applications and conducting phone screenings with candidates

Providing feedback to candidates in recruitment processes

Acting on social media channels (writing posts, publishing reels)

Proposing and implementing improvements to Boldare career site

Collaboratively planning, organizing, and executing our Boldare events (e.g. DevCamp) with the team

Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing new ideas

Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information

Regular face-to-face meetings with the team. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings
