What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of marketing experience (preferably in the B2B sector)
  • Broad experience in planning, implementing and running multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ability to build a marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of marketing activities (social media, ads, print marketing, newsletter, etc.)
  • Resourcefulness – if necessary, you can replace your teammate and manage our Clutch profile, write engaging content or coordinate a new website creation
  • Analytical skills – ability to comprehensively analyse the situation and draw conclusions
  • Proactivity and courage to propose and implement new solutions for online and offline campaigns (trying new ways to achieve team goals)
  • Strong self-management skills and willingness to take responsibility for daily tasks
  • “Getting things done” approach and a “can-do” attitude
  • Flexibility, openness, and focus on teamwork
  • English at C1+ level

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the IT industry
