What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles (Relationship Builder, Network Manager, Sales Executive, New Business Manager, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and experience in the technology sector (preferably software development).
  • Practical knowledge of the US market (we assume you live in the US and know local trends).
  • A large network of business contacts (with potential clients).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present Boldare as a suitable partner for a potential client.
  • Openness and the ability to build strong partnerships with clients, a willingness to stay in personal touch with potential clients.
  • Analytical thinking to connect the dots and prepare appropriate background to potential business relationships.
  • Flexibility, creativeness and being smart (you know when to move on to business topics and who to talk to at a branch event).
  • Proactivity and the courage to propose and implement new solutions.
  • Self-organization and time management skills.
  • Focus on transparency in work and communication with the team.
  • Fluency in Polish (C1) and perfect English (C2 level) to easily communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to work partially during the hours of Polish team members and to come to Poland from time to time.
  • Experience in sales would be an advantage.

Join the evolving Engage team, which will support you anytime you need them.

Become the first point of contact and the representative of Boldare in the US market (we assume you live in the US and are willing to meet regularly with your network).

Reach out and communicate with potential clients to build relationships with them.

Take care of your business network, regularly meet with your contacts, and check for opportunities to work together.

Actively develop your network and follow up relationship opportunities identified by you or other teammates.

Follow local trends to find opportunities to expand your network.

Assist Boldare in expanding and adapting the company’s image in the US market.

Generate ideas to support marketing campaigns in the US market and contribute to marketing content (e.g. webinars, YouTube content, blog posts, interviews, etc.)

Publish and share posts about the company in your business social media channels.

Measure the results of your actions, draw conclusions, and communicate with your team via daily meetings.

Cooperate with other marketing and business teams.

Work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership, autonomy in decision-making, full transparency).
