What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 1+ years of experience in salary roles
  • Familiarity with salary systems (especially at modern organizations)
  • Very strong social and interpersonal skills (we’ll teach you everything else!)
  • Excellent communication skills: being transparent and open to other perspectives, active listening, ability to adjust your communication style to others’ needs
  • Being more focused on building relations than data analyzing; empathy and sensitivity to other people's needs
  • Teamworking ability, able to build positive relationships
  • Openness to experimenting and testing new solutions; learning from your own experiences
  • Courage to share your own opinions and recommendations
  • Flexibility, agility and ability to adjust to frequent changes (we live in a VUCA world :))
  • Ability to provide and work with group and individual feedback
  • Broad view of the problems you solve (synthesis skills)
  • Negotiation skills; being able to set healthy boundaries and maintain them

Nice-to-haves

  • Good facilitation and mediation skills (knowledge of group processes, working with team’s emotions)

Joining us as Teams Salary Partner means:

You will have a three-month onboarding process to better know our processes, good practices and holacracy system (you can count on support from professional mentors and experts)

At the beginning, you will be the support for our Salary Team in conducting, testing and improving salary processes, but with the time you will be more and more self-reliant (you will independently conduct team development meetings within the created framework and facilitate development workshops)

You will summarize team development meetings and propose development tools for them based on the experience of this cooperation

A lot of space and opportunities for self-development by working with people, leading workshops and learning about group processes

Working in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, full transparency)

Possibility of hybrid work (home working is good but it’s nice to hang out or drink coffee with the team from time to time). We usually organize offline team meetings in one of our offices at least once a month
