What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Minimum 2+ year of experience in B2B international outreach and prospecting, understanding of the digital industry
  • Fluency in English and Polish both spoken and written
  • Ability to plan, execute and test the whole cross channel outbound campaigns
  • Ability to build valuable, stable and lasting business relationships with clients thanks to your interpersonal skills
  • Client-centered approach; drive to not only sell, but also to help customers achieve their business goals and consult solutions
  • Creativity and energy, constant looking for inspiration to build the new campaigns
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, feeling comfortable with making conclusions based on the metrics and statistics
  • Proactive, driven personality; motivation for constant development of your competences and share them with colleagues
  • Affinity towards social media, openness to making new connections across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Just liking to work with people (simple as that :) )

Nice-to-haves
