    Currently we’re looking for a Scaling Delivery Lead who will help one of our tech units (the Scaling Team) reach the next level of professional development!

    What do you need to get this position?

    Technically

    • Extended professional experience in managing the development of complex, scalable digital products for international clients.
    • Proficient experience in a leadership role; knowledge and practice in building remote teams, strengthening their performance and business competences.
    • Experience in budget management, using it as a tool for executing strategy.
    • Advanced strategic skills (you will be responsible for creating the development strategy of the whole product development unit - the Scaling Team).
    • An Agile approach, with the ability to adjust product development services to clients’ needs and the company’s strategy.
    • Knowledge of Agile management methods and techniques (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Scrum, Lean Startup) and digital product development processes.
    • Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous improvement of your own (and your team’s) performance.
    • Fluency in English and Polish (C1/C2 level) for professional communication with the team and occasionally with clients.

    Nice-to-haves

    • Experience in mentoring or coaching others.
    • Well-established digital industry knowledge, allowing you to be a consultant for your team in the field of business strategies for cooperation with clients.
    • Ability to find areas for improvement and proposing relevant solutions on an organizational level.
