Joining us as Scrum Master means:

Being responsible for guiding and coaching Scrum Teams on their use of Agile practices and values.

Working closely with client-side Product Owners to maximize product business value. Products Owners are the members of our teams, we built strong relations with them — that’s why your role is extremely important.

Organizing and facilitating Scrum-related meetings with international teams is your bread and butter.

Guiding the teams on removing impediments.

Helping the organization and our clients to understand and enact empirical product development.

Enhancing culture of collaboration and self-organization within Boldare team members.

Leading the teams in the Holacracy world and help them to operate without Project Managers.

Focusing on high-quality of delivered solutions. At the Scaling team, we conduct product analytics and audits to ensure the highest security of products.

Working with long-term developments.

Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.

Clients are partners – we really care about our relationships with them, and we cooperate as equal partners. There will be no proxies in between your team and the client. Forget about waiting ages for the answer to a simple question - you can expect clear and direct communications.

Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team (which are highly valuable for us). Regular business trips are standard at Boldare. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings.

Great atmosphere and teamwork based on various ways of working face-to-face. Caring for our bold bond, we’re meeting regularly to spend time together in real life. At online meetings, we always have webcams on and find some space for pleasant chitchats.

The possibility of hybrid mode. You can work from home, but still, our teams meet regularly at Boldare offices (Warszawa, Gliwice, Kraków, or Wrocław) and we need you in the office once a week.

Flexible working hours (but there are determined core hours).

What does working in Boldare taste like?

Holacracy - how it works?

We work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, with full transparency). It gives us a lot of freedom and development opportunities, but at the same time it requires a lot of flexibility, maturity and responsibility for our performance.

Feedback always & everywhere

We are always ready and open to share our thoughts! We do it in our daily work, workshops, 1:1 sessions, etc. This is one of the best tools in our professional growth. We also often share feedback in a team forum, because it’s great to learn from each other’s experiences.

Transparency in our DNA

EVERYBODY in Boldare has full access to data, including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data, etc. We almost always communicate with each other via open channels to effectively spread information.
