What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Fluent, high-level English proficiency – absolutely essential; you’ll be using it every day in spoken and written communication with international leads
  • Genuine curiosity or understanding of complex service-based offerings – this is not a simple product sale with a quick transaction and small volume; you’ll be helping clients navigate tailored, high-impact digital solutions
  • High personal culture and language awareness – you know when casual language or slang helps build rapport, and when professionalism is key
  • Proactive attitude – you’re not afraid to act and make decisions
  • Natural curiosity about people and business – a genuine interest in understanding client needs
  • Ability to organize your own work and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High energy, positivity, and readiness to engage with clients
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient under time pressure
  • Resilience to rejection – ability to stay positive and motivated even when some leads don’t work out
  • Ability to set healthy boundaries – knowing when to move the client forward without unnecessary delays
  • Willingness to work as part of a team while taking ownership of your tasks
  • Open-mindedness and a strong drive to develop skills in sales and business communication
  • Fluency in Polish (B2+)

  • Understanding of basic sales pipeline and lead qualification principles
